1. Agreement and eligibility
By using KnowledgePanel.io, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from our Policy Centre. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order.
2. What the service provides
We provide public-source entity assessments, reports, monitoring tools, strategic recommendations, and optional implementation services. A readiness score describes the evidence checks shown in the report. It is not confirmation that a Google Knowledge Panel is live.
Google controls its search results, Knowledge Graph, eligibility decisions, and display changes. We cannot promise that a panel will be created, retained, changed, or displayed for a particular search.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and promptly telling us about suspected unauthorised access. We may require identity or authority checks before making changes to an entity or delivering a service.
4. Orders, scope, and delivery
Before payment, we show the selected entity, service scope, add-ons, total price, and the main delivery steps. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we send or display an order confirmation. Delivery may depend on receiving complete, accurate information and timely approvals from you.
If a material scope change is needed, we will explain it before carrying out additional chargeable work.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout and include or identify applicable taxes where required. Card and other supported payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout, currently Stripe where available. A cryptocurrency option will only be offered when a supported processor, currency, network, final amount, and refund treatment are shown before payment.
We do not ask you to send cryptocurrency directly to an address presented outside the approved checkout flow.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Contact us promptly if you need to cancel. Eligibility for cancellation or refund depends on the service, work already started or completed, digital content already supplied, and any rights that apply by law. Any service-specific exception must be disclosed before purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
7. Your responsibilities and acceptable use
- Submit information you reasonably believe is accurate and that you are entitled to use.
- Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority over an entity.
- Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, bypass, scrape at scale, reverse engineer, or compromise the platform.
- Review recommendations and supplied materials before publishing or relying on them.
8. Google and third-party services
KnowledgePanel.io is independent from and is not endorsed by Google. Public-source checks and links may depend on Google, Wikidata, Wikipedia, websites, authentication providers, payment processors, and other third parties. Their own terms, policies, availability, and decisions apply to their services.
9. Intellectual property
We and our licensors retain rights in the platform, brand, software, templates, and pre-existing materials. You retain rights in content you submit. You give us permission to use submitted content only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, and support the requested service.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and accurate but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may update features, security controls, providers, or these Terms. If a change materially affects an active paid service, we will provide reasonable notice where required.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or limits statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, third-party platform decisions, or loss caused by inaccurate information supplied to us. For business users, our aggregate liability relating to a paid service is limited to the amount paid for that service, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Ending or suspending access
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or end access where reasonably necessary for security, unlawful use, material breach, non-payment, or protection of users and the platform. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and available next steps.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available in the country where you live.
